Squats: body weight squats are quite difficult if you do enough repetitions and it is something that we should all learn to do. If you have trouble getting low then you should start with the overhead squat, this will help you to loosen up in your hip area and will ensure that you get a better range to perform the exercise more effectively.
Lunges: Another great lower body exercise that will work your bottom as well. If you need to make it harder then simply perform more repetitions or walk further. These are very difficult and will also give you some great conditioning.
