Choosing Luxury iPad Cases
September 8th, 2010
If you really want the best and most luxurious form of protection for your iPad you will be spoilt for choice. But, just because you have plenty of money to spend don’t think this will be easy. You still need to think about exactly what type of cover will suit you best. Here is our guide to choosing luxury iPad cases.
- You need to think about material. The traditional high quality leather iPad cases tend to seem the most luxurious, though of course if you are thinking about a LV signature print you may well think differently!
- Consider style. Whilst book-style iPad cases are those most commonly used, due to their practical nature, incorporating lots of padding and built in stands, they really don’t seem that luxurious. If you want to look like you are living the high life, the chances are your iPad never goes anywhere too dirty or dangerous. Something altogether more lightweight such as a leather iPad sleeve is more the style of the average jet-setter!
- Think about budget. You can get a luxury look for a far from luxury price-tag but only if you go for a simple, classic design such as a pouch or sleeve. If you are looking at iPad bags or folio cases you will need to spend more to achieve the same high-end look.
- Think a bit more about budget. Yes you can actually now pay more for a designer iPad case than you did for your iPad. And, whilst Ms Richie may go for one, do not think for one moment that it is a clever idea. Spend huge amounts of money on luxury accessories for you (shoes, purses whatever), and don’t be wasting it on an electronic toy! Come on it isn’t even a real lap-top, and surely cannot deserve a $1000 case no matter how pretty it is!
Choosing luxury iPad cases may take a long time, but it is great fun shopping!
